Avalon Seafood was established in 1967 by Earl and Rosie Cadman. In its nearly 50 years on Avalon's green Pleasure Pier it has served millions of visitors and has become a favorite of locals and visitors alike.
Today, Avalon Seafood is owned and operated by local businessman and commercial fisherman Caleb Lins.
With its perfect location at the end of the pier on Catalina Island, Avalon Seafood serves fried fish, scallops, shrimp and clams as well as shrimp cocktails and local favorites like poke. Avalon Seafood also offers a wide array of beers, including craft beers and microbrews.
As Catalina Island's official weighstation, Avalon Seafood is a great place to watch intrepid anglers bring ashore record swordfish and marlin.
Avalon Seafood also offers bait and local fishing tips. Fresh fish is available for purchase, if you'd like to prepare your own delicacy.
